Shipping and Returns Policy

We accept returns and exchanges on U.S. orders within 14 days of delivery. To begin a return, please email info@safiabyssk.com with your order number. 

All returns must be shipped in unused condition, in original packaging with the dust bag included, and with the original tag attached. Prior authorization is required for all returns. 

This return policy (“Return Policy”) governs the manner in which a customer may return products purchased on this website. The products purchased on this website are sold by SAFIA BY SSK. 

It is for these reasons that, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we ask that the items be returned within fourteen (14) calendar days of the delivery date or purchase date to the extent permitted by applicable law, subject to the following conditions: 

  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, in its original condition, and free of any alteration or damage. 

  • The product must be with all original packaging. 

  • All original labels and tags must remain attached. 

  • Returns are accepted for store credit or exchange only. 

Simply reach out to us by by emailing us at  info@safiabyssk.com  We will provide you with a prepaid return label, and we ask that the item be packed with the same care with which it arrived. Once your return has been approved, we will provide a prepaid return label. The cost of return shipping may be deducted from your store credit.

You may exchange a piece for another piece of equal, lesser or greater value, subject to the conditions set forth in this policy. If you exchange an item for another item of greater value, you must pay the difference in price. If you exchange an item for another item of lesser value, you will be provided with store credit of the remaining amount. If you exchange an item, the shipping costs of the first delivery will not be refunded as part of an exchange. 

SAFIA BY SSK has the sole discretion to determine whether the product being returned or exchange, subject to these conditions above, is in an original condition when returned.
