This return policy (“Return Policy”) governs the manner in which a customer may return products purchased on this website. The products purchased on this website are sold by SAFIA BY SSK.
Every piece that leaves SAFIA BY SSK to the customer has been intentionally and carefully crafted in Dubai. Our fabrics are sourced from trustworthy and vetted mills, the construction of the pieces is unhurried, and we make each piece with care with an eye for quality and longevity at each step of the process.
It is for these reasons that, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we ask that the items be returned or exchanged within fourteen (14) calendar days of the delivery date or purchase date to the extent permitted by applicable law, subject to the following conditions:

The item must be unworn, unwashed, in its original condition, and free of any alteration or damage.

The product must be with all original packaging.

All original labels and tags must remain attached.

Returns are accepted for store credit or exchange only.
A note on custom and made-to-order pieces. Our custom pieces made to your specification are final sale. That said, if something is not right, you are welcome to reach out to us at info@safiabyssk.com, and we will endeavor to make it so.
If you wish to return a piece, the process is straightforward. Simple reach out to us by using the Contact Us page or by emailing us at info@safiabyssk.com. We will provide you with a prepaid return label, and we only ask that the item be packed with the same care with which it arrived.
You are welcome to exchange a piece for another of equal, lesser, or greater value, subject to the conditions set forth in this policy. If the new piece costs more, we will ask you to cover the difference. If it costs less, the remainder will be provided as store credit.
You may exchange a piece for another piece of equal, lesser or greater value, subject to the conditions set forth in this policy. If you exchange an item for another item of greater value, you must may the difference in price. If you exchange an item for another item of lesser value, you will be provided with store credit of the remaining amount. If you exchange an item, the shipping costs of the first delivery will not be refunded as part of an exchange.
SAFIA BY SSK has the sole discretion to determine whether the product being returned or exchange, subject to these conditions above, is in an original condition when returned.
